If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24 hour notice.

** If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, high fever, chills, cough, sinus infection, etc. we strongly advise you to cancel or reschedule your appointments.

For all missed appointments or those NOT canceled within 24 hours, Nina Connor reserves the right to charge a "No-Show/Cancellation Fee" up to 100% of the service.

For NO-SHOWs: any/all future appointments will be automatically forfeited unless the missed appointment is paid in full.

Please keep in mind that we are a private skincare studio and your appointment time is specifically reserved only for you. If you arrive with any of the contraindications listed below preventing you from receiving your treatment and without informing us prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge your card on file with up to 100% of the service value.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Nina and our staff has been fully vaccinated and received all recommended booster shots.

In order to get the full experience, we strongly encourage our clients to be vaccinated as well.

We require that all new clients coming in for services sign this online waiver before entering GLOW BY NINA studio.

Covid 19 + variants. High fever and flu. Open wounds and cold sores/fever blisters. Sunburn. Under the influence of alcohol. Under the influence of drugs. Tooth abscesses. Recent or undiagnosed face or neck injury. Undiagnosed lumps on the areas being treated. Rhinoplasty in the last 6 months. Recent jaw or face surgery. Botox/Dysport injectables - in the last 2 weeks. Dermal fillers and Threads - in the last 6 weeks. Any other contagious diseases.

Glow By Nina facial protocols provide overall skin rejuvenation and can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne and acne scarring.

I understand that individual results will vary and multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve maximum results. A guarantee cannot be made about the degree of improvement.

I understand travel increases my risk of contracting and transmitting the COVID-19 virus. I verify that in the past 14 days I have NOT traveled outside of the United States to countries that have been affected by COVID-19.

I am informed that you and your staff have implemented preventative measures intended to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, given the nature of the virus, I understand there may be an inherent risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 by proceeding with this treatment.
